Elephant

I started to take attentions to elephant now in Chiang Mai. It is the god of animal in Thailand.

It pleases travelers, tease and paint!

Especially South Korea travelers, they love to take photos and feed the elephants and they laugh and got a lots enjoyment from watching it.

The one I like most is the grey colored elephant on the left. She was 15 years right in the middle of birth ages. The baby was kept away from her to make her keep working in this fun business.

Elephant needs two years to give birth of baby and lots of chances, the baby was born dead, so it is very difficult for elephant to have growth rate now. They are fed. From 15 months, they are chosen by intelligence test to be a good talent to paint.

The painter today was 3, 5, 7 years old individually. Two of the paints were sold.

Some of elephants play the football by kicking rightfully. Quite smart animals!

Lots of elephant are doing the job of riding cart for travelers. The elephant normally carries a cart which accommodates two persons. They ride in the river then go up the hill and down the hill, did a hard job while the traveler felt the headache and shaken body without lots of comforts after all. You just see it it was fun, but I bet you would not take the second change to ride it. The man siting with me in the cart said he was going to die!
