How to make a lemon curd

It is so so easy.

Get some lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, butter, all into a mixer, beat an egg into it, then heat it over steamed water for over 10 minutes, keep mixing it, then it curdles. Stain them over muslin, it would come with a smoothy curd with beautiful lemon color.

It is delicious to eat with soft English scone just out of oven.
